We are reinforcing our Technical Team and we are looking the following position:

SENIOR PURCHASING STAFF

RESPONSIBILITIES:
To process all Purchase Request from different departments according to company regulation
identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers, and building and maintaining good relationships with them;
conducting research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality;
liaising between suppliers, manufacturers, and relevant internal departments
Negotiating and preparing draft contracts and monitoring their progress – checking the quality of service provided;
Evaluating bids and making recommendations based on commercial and technical factors;

REQUIREMENTS:
Male or Female, 26 – 40 years old.
S1 Industrial or Machine engineering
Ideally have min. 5 years of experience in purchasing for industrial manufacture
Honest, thorough, hard working and motivated young people
Excellent negotiation abilities and good communication
High affinity with IT and personal drive to automate standard processes
Good knowledge in English, Windows, Ms. Office
Experience with SAP is recommended
