Responsibilities:
Responsible as an Engineer to perform onsite inspections and supervision of buildings while under construction, repair, and or alteration. Inspecting construction of structures includes footings, foundations, and framing through final completion to ensure compliance with regulations pertaining to structural soundness, proper materials, and safety hazards. The position must also confer with contractors, workers and others pertaining to construction related problems.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidates must possess strong communication skill, negotiation skill and service-oriented mind.
