Operations Manager
Lokasi : DKI Jakarta, Jakarta Selatan

Key Accountabilities:

• Oversee all field activities ensuring the following
• Drill Supervisors / Drillers are briefed on project specifics
• Ensure correct equipment is issued to the relevant field teams
• Coordinate deliveries to site of all test equipment and external supplies such as fuel, water etc
• Instigate and conduct a regular audit of all drill assists including but not limited to rigs, ancillary pumps, grouters, down-hole gear (rods, bits, SPT gear etc) support vehicles and ensure sufficient spares are maintained in stock.
• Manage all stock of drilling equipment and coordinate procurement of new assets, equipment and down-hole tools ensuring a minimum level of stock is maintained ensuring field operations remain uninterrupted. Must source suitable suppliers to provide high quality, yet affordable materials.
• Assess current drilling operations produce a report to maximise production of field operations.
• Ensure all field equipment is maintained as per preventive maintenance schedules.
• Instigate a structured training programme to ensure current drill / supers and drillers are brought to the highest standard, able to run self-sufficient drill teams, producing high volume of meters whilst maintaining a top quality product

Requirements Skills / experience required to do the job

• A substantial background in the drilling / geotechnical industry with at least 10 years of hands-on experience of geotechnical drilling.
• Subsequent 5 years of management experience at drilling supervisor type level Must be fully versed with various available drilling techniques, tooling and rigs.
• Preferably, should have experience in hands-on maintenance of hydraulics, diesel and petrol engines.
• Preferably experienced in varying geological and logistically difficult conditions.
